Gullivr is a trip planning tool that helps you organize travel itineraries with places, accommodations, flights, and interactive maps. You can plan manually through the web interface or use AI agents via the MCP (Model Context Protocol) integration.
2. Account Responsibilities
You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at info@gullivr.xyz.
3. User Content Ownership
You retain full ownership of all content you create on Gullivr, including trips, notes, places, and itineraries. Gullivr does not claim any ownership or intellectual property rights over your data. You may export or delete your content at any time.
4. Acceptable Use
When using Gullivr, you agree not to:
- Use automated scraping tools to extract data from the platform
- Abuse the service in ways that degrade performance for other users
- Upload or store illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or system infrastructure
5. API & MCP Usage
External AI agents can connect to Gullivr via MCP using an API key generated in your settings. API usage is rate-limited to 100 requests per hour per user. Abuse of the API — including excessive automated requests, attempts to circumvent rate limits, or using the API to harm the platform — may result in key revocation and account suspension.
6. Third-Party Data Disclaimer
Place data, maps, directions, ratings, and route information are provided by Google Maps, Google Places, and OpenRouteService. Gullivr does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data. Use this information at your own discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
Gullivr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any data loss, service interruptions, inaccuracies in third-party data, or damages arising from your use of the platform. Use Gullivr at your own risk.
8. Account Termination
Gullivr reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Gullivr after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For material changes, we will notify you via the email associated with your account.
